Manufacturing and Production Planning

This includes everything from fabric, trims and design aspect. It also encloses the packaging and tagging with all the instructions in case of customization. We work transparently regarding delivery and manufacturing dates by drafting and sharing production sheet. TNA a descriptive turn-around time is a common ground made by the factory for both, buyer and us that helps season planning and store delivery. Before final production, team work on small and big details by submitting lab dips photos and trims for approval and then start the production for better clarity and meeting the expectation.
